C'est Ça, La Kanada!

It is not just a cold land, most of the year,
one that rivals Siberian regions in that aspect;
it is not just a mish-mash of cultures
worse than a mosaic, slightly better than a melting pot;
it is not just a succession of four seasons
that may shake up the otherwise drum-druminess
of an uneventful, boring country...

NO - Canada is much more than that!
It is a place where dreamers are free to dream
and the luckiest ones realize those dreams!
It is a place of opportunity -
given that you can seize it
or that they let you seize it...
It is a land to fraternize in;
as long as ancestral disputes can be laid to rest!

C'est ÇA, er, LE Canada!
Where English, Français
and a myriad other languages
can co-exist in peace -
relatively speaking!

And the blog penned by my bride
is about all that
and much, much more!
